Cancellation and Late policy:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, to avoid a 100% charge. No-shows will also be charged full price.

We respect our clients’ time; therefore, we can only allow a 15-minute late grace period to stay on time. After that, the appointment will be charged an additional fee of $30. If client is more than 15 minutes behind schedule your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the full price of the scheduled service will be charged.
